MORI LIVE SESSIONS FEATURING P∆G∑

MORI LIVE SESSIONS FEATURING P∆G∑

P∆G∑, a four-piece rock group, on one hand, is an acronym for Paul Bajcar (guitar), Amrik Sidhu (bass), Grant Naauao (drums), and Emily Sewell (vocals). On the other hand, a page is an all telling piece of paper within a book indicating its part in a larger collective.

Formed in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 2013, P∆G∑ started with a simple vision of making music that told a conceptual story from start to end. Circa 2015, they released a two part album series, The Arrow’s Path and Dark Matter. Their sound pulls tide with indie-psych-prog and atmospheric-dream-rock which is expressed through sonic drums, dream-melodic guitar, anchoring bass, and angelic vocal melodies.

From 2013 to 2015, this tight-knit band performed their stories within the Honolulu nightlife scene at various venues. They opened for larger traveling performing artists such as This Will Destroy You and Screaming Females and alongside other creative bands in the Honolulu local scene.  Reconnected in 2017 to present, P∆G∑ continues to create with a new ensemble of music, concepts, and intimate performances.  This group is one to look out for as they will be releasing their third album, Conditions of the Heart, in 2020.
