Juvana Soliven is a Honolulu-based sculptor, jeweler, and educator. Soliven completed an MFA in Metalsmithing at Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2016 and a BFA in Sculpture at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2013. Soliven's sculptural work consider the formal and material language of domestic objects in order to investigate emotional and physical intimacy. Her mixed media studio practice include working with metal, fiber, and various found objects.
